Once we receive your enquiry, one of our team members will reach out to you with a certain set of questions which will help us in understanding your requirements and confirm the scope of work.

After we receive your response on the scope of work along with the required details, we will commence our evaluation.

Quotation and turn-around time

3. Quotation and turn-around time.

Once we have completed our evaluation, we will get back to you with the quotation and the proposed project turnaround time. Our pricing depends on the number of the websites, its structure and complexity.

Project commencement

4. Project commencement

Once we receive your confirmation, we will schedule a kick-off call following which the team will start working on it. There will be dedicated POC/Project manager who will be in day to day communication till the project is completed.

The POC will reach out to you for the queries he/she comes across during the project execution.

Payment mode and terms

Once the project is completed, we will send you an invoice which is payable by credit card, wire transfer or Pypal.

We try to maintain a single POC for all communications and allocate a dedicated Project manager for all the projects.

For daily communications, we use different platforms like Skype, Slack, Zoom and are flexible using other channels too for online communications.

We are open for delivering a free sample or perform a small trial run if required before commencing the job.
